-In our Clutch and Flywheel Reman department, we carry out the reman of DMF (Dual Mass Flywheels), also known as Spring-Loaded Flywheels, used in next-generation vehicles, in accordance with the standards and specified specification values recommended by the manufacturers.
Additionally, our company provides guaranteed clutch reman services (Dual Clutch) in-house. Commonly referred to as wet and/or dry clutch systems, these remans are performed in accordance with manufacturer-specified tolerances and specifications. Following the reman, all components undergo rigorous testing to eliminate wear and faults.
All flywheels undergoing reman are fully reconditioned by replacing critical components such as springs, rivets, and related parts to ensure a service life equivalent to brand-new parts. Surfaces affected by heat or wear are precision-machined to match the surface roughness values of original components, delivering a complete and durable restoration.
Clutches removed due to various complaints such as vibration, burned friction material, abnormal noise, and harsh gear shifting are first subjected to precise fault diagnosis. After determining the root cause, detailed internal components of the clutch system—such as pistons, friction discs, plates, and springs—are replaced. The entire system is remaned to match the specifications and lifespan of OEM parts.

Within our company, pre- and post-reman testing is carried out in accordance with the standards set by OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), using advanced diagnostic equipment specifically designed to simulate real vehicle operating conditions. All tests are performed under warranty.
